Get to know Katy

As a Chattanooga native, I desire to help people live in this beautiful town! I married my high school crush and we have two beautiful daughters. I was a homeschool mom for many years. When I’m not looking at houses, I enjoy playing outdoors with my family, singing, doing artwork, and going to church. No house is too big or too small, Katy Smalley can do it all!
